Gree City won the "Tien-yow Jeme Civil Engineering Prize"

In 2011, the Oscar of the civil engineering industry – the tenth “Tien-yow Jeme Civil Engineering Prize” was announced, and Gree City became the only award-winning project in the field of National Residential Area. In the same period, Shanghai World Financial Center, Shanghai World Expo China Pavilion, and National Digital Library were also awarded. 

The "Tien-yow Jeme Civil Engineering Prize" was established in 1999. It is the highest award for scientific and technological innovation in China's civil engineering industry. The award was approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology and certified by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development to affirm the outstanding engineering projects in the application of technological innovation and new technologies.

故事与案例

格力广场启动初始,便征求来自各方,尤其是专家学者的建设性意见。2006年8月,格力地产专门召开“格力广场规划设计方案评审会”,并邀请了当时在任的中国工程院院士潘云鹤、戴复东、何镜堂等专家对格力广场的规划设计进行论证和评审。

细致的考察、专业的咨询、充分的调研,是格力广场规划设计的前提,规划设计每一步都经过反复斟酌,至规划方案推出,已经过了30多次反复修改和推敲。

为让户型分布合理,更具实用价值,格力广场仅一期户型设计研究会就开了100多次,为使楼梯的核心筒再紧凑2厘米,提出过若干完善方案,最大化提高住宅使用率和附加值。

格力地产建立了高于行业标准的企业标准、施工制度和《标准化指导书》,很多工地上的“熟手”在建设的过程中变成了“生手”,“老师傅”变成了“新学徒”。在格力广场建设初期,由于施工队砌墙达不到要求,且在根据格力样板间参考施工后依然不达标,为此格力地产要求整改,并当众砸掉了10堵不合格的墙体。

格力广场在建设中,严把材料关、质量关,建立全方位精细化的管理机制和质量控制体系,这不仅体现在工程的施工过程中,也体现在最终的内部检测环节上。每一套房首先要接受项目部的全方位检查,再接受质检部的第二道把关,最后物业部以客户的角度再次进行验收,只有三关全过,才可以交到业主的手里。也正是如此严格的要求,在业主请来专业验房团,使用行业先进检测仪器检查情况下,均顺利通过了业主的“考试”。
